Laptops and notebooks
Business class machines built for daily travel and long service life, including Dell Latitude, HP ProBook and EliteBook, Lenovo ThinkPad, Acer and ASUS ranges.
Why this matters
A laptop bought purely on price becomes expensive the moment it slows an employee down for two years. A switch chosen without checking port count becomes expensive the day you add six more people. Most hardware regret comes from buying by headline price rather than by fit.
We spend time on the specification before we send a price. How many people, what software, how long the machine needs to last, whether it travels, whether it docks, what the warranty needs to cover. Once that is clear the shortlist is usually two or three models, not two hundred.
For repeat buyers we keep your chosen configuration on file as a standard build. Next quarter, ordering ten more identical machines takes a single email instead of a new round of research.

Docking stations, adapters, keyboards, mice, headsets, webcams, cases, mounts and cables. The parts nobody notices until one is missing.
Rollouts and refresh projects
Device refresh programmes fail in predictable ways. Stock runs out halfway through and the last twenty machines end up a different model. Deliveries arrive while nobody is available to receive them. Nobody planned what happens to the old equipment.
We plan around those problems. Stock is confirmed for the whole quantity before the first unit ships, deliveries are scheduled in batches that suit your team, and the specification is locked so every machine in the fleet is identical.
Volume pricing applies, single delivery, standard build recorded for future orders.
Project pricing, phased delivery, stock held and scheduled around your timeline.
Dedicated account handling, multi site logistics and a named point of contact.
Order straight from the shop, or ask us if you want a second opinion on the model first.
Common questions
Yes. Send the part number or the specification sheet and we will quote that exact model, or tell you honestly if a current equivalent would serve you better for the same money.
Yes. Because our supply comes through authorized distribution, products register normally with the manufacturer and warranty claims are accepted. We will help you open a claim if one is ever needed.
We supply new products as standard. If a refurbished option would genuinely suit your budget better we will say so, and it will always be clearly labelled as refurbished, never sold as new.
We ship them, but oversized and freight class items may carry additional handling or freight charges. Any extra cost is shown to you before you confirm the order.
Send a part number, a specification, or simply describe the job. We will come back with options, pricing and a realistic delivery date, usually within one business day.
