The Eaton Tripp Lite series SmartPro SMART1500RM2U is a 1500VA / 1350W line-interactive UPS designed to protect servers, network storage, telecom equipment, and other mission-critical rack-mounted devices. It delivers regulated 120V sine wave output and includes 8 NEMA 5-15R outlets for connected equipment.
Automatic Voltage Regulation helps maintain stable output during brownouts and overvoltage conditions without switching to battery power. The UPS supports an input range of 83V to 147V and provides 570 joules of surge suppression to help protect sensitive electronics from power disturbances and line noise.
The SMART1500RM2U provides up to 13 minutes of battery runtime at half load and approximately 4.5 minutes at full load. Its internal lead-acid batteries are hot-swappable and replaceable, while a typical recharge takes about four hours. USB and serial communication ports, EPO support, and an expansion slot for optional SNMP/Web management provide flexible monitoring and shutdown capabilities.
Designed for standard 19-inch racks, the 2U chassis includes hardware for 4-post rack installation and can also be adapted for 2-post rack or tower configurations with optional accessories. A front LCD display provides information on operating mode, load, voltage, battery charge, and estimated runtime. The UPS is RoHS compliant and backed by a 3-year limited warranty.
