The Eaton Tripp Lite series RS-1215-RA is a 12-outlet power strip designed for reliable 120V AC power distribution in rack enclosures, network closets, offices, and other equipment installations. Its versatile mounting design makes it suitable for standard 19-inch racks as well as wall-mounted and under-counter applications.
Twelve NEMA 5-15R outlets provide convenient connectivity for multiple devices, while the 15-foot power cord with NEMA 5-15P plug helps reach distant AC receptacles. The outlet layout is designed for practical equipment connections in rack and network environments.
The RS-1215-RA provides unfiltered electrical passthrough, making it suitable for distributing power from compatible UPS systems, generators, and other AC sources where filtering is not required. A built-in circuit breaker provides overload protection, while the illuminated power switch offers convenient control of all connected outlets.
The unit occupies only 1U of space in a standard 19-inch EIA rack and includes configurable mounting flanges for flexible installation. A transparent switch cover helps prevent accidental shutdown, and a rear grounding lug supports equipment grounding requirements. The power strip is UL1363 and cUL certified and backed by a lifetime limited warranty.
