The Eaton Tripp Lite series SmartRack SRW6U is a compact 6U wall-mount rack enclosure designed for network closets, classrooms, retail environments, back offices, and other locations where floor space is limited. It supports standard 19-inch rack equipment and provides an organized, secure installation for switches, patch panels, and similar networking hardware.
Heavy-duty steel construction with a black powder-coated finish provides durability for business and IT environments. The front door and side panels can be locked to help protect installed equipment from tampering or unauthorized access, while the reversible front door can be configured to open from either side before installation.
Ventilated front, top, bottom, and side panels help maintain airflow around installed equipment. Top and bottom cable-entry openings provide convenient routing for network and power cables, while numbered rack spaces and adjustable vertical mounting rails help simplify equipment installation.
The SRW6U ships fully assembled and is ready for wall mounting. Its mounting rails adjust in 7/8-inch increments and accommodate equipment up to 16.5 inches deep. The enclosure is RoHS compliant and backed by a 5-year limited warranty.
