Description
The Eaton Tripp Lite series P566-006-VGA is a 6-foot active HDMI-to-VGA converter cable designed to connect an HDMI source device to a VGA monitor, projector, television, or digital display. It is suitable for computers, Blu-ray players, cable boxes, and other compatible HDMI-equipped devices.
The cable supports video resolutions up to 1920 × 1200 at 60 Hz and requires no software or drivers for normal operation. Its low-profile HD15 connector is designed to fit more easily in tight spaces behind displays or wall-mounted equipment.
Foil and braid shielding help protect the video signal from EMI/RFI interference, while the gold-plated HDMI connector and contacts support dependable conductivity and reduced signal loss. Integral strain relief and impedance-matched twisted-pair construction help improve durability and reduce crosstalk.
A USB Micro-B port is built into the converter for situations where additional power is required; the USB power cable is sold separately. The P566-006-VGA is TAA compliant, RoHS compliant, and backed by a 3-year limited warranty.
