The Eaton Tripp Lite series P581-006-V2 is a 6-foot active DisplayPort-to-DVI adapter cable designed to connect a DisplayPort-equipped computer or graphics card to a DVI monitor, projector, television, or digital display. Its integrated converter design eliminates the need for a separate external adapter.
The cable supports computer resolutions up to 1920 × 1200 and high-definition video up to 1920 × 1080. It works with both standard DisplayPort and dual-mode DisplayPort (DP++) outputs, making it suitable for systems and graphics cards that require active signal conversion.
Foil and braid shielding help reduce EMI/RFI interference for more reliable video transmission. Gold-plated connectors and contacts support dependable conductivity, while molded construction and integral strain relief help improve durability during regular use.
