Description
The Kingston IronKey Keypad 200 512GB is a hardware-encrypted USB Type-A flash drive designed for secure data storage and access. It features an integrated alphanumeric keypad for PIN-based authentication and works independently of the operating system, making it suitable for use across a wide range of compatible devices.
The drive uses XTS-AES 256-bit hardware encryption and includes multiple security features such as digitally signed firmware, brute-force attack protection, tamper-evident construction, password protection, cryptographic erase, and drive reset functionality. It also supports separate Admin and User PINs for flexible access management.
For additional control, the Keypad 200 supports Global and Session Read-Only modes, allowing data to be protected against unauthorized changes or malware on untrusted systems. A built-in rechargeable battery allows the drive to be unlocked before connecting it to a compatible device.
The 512GB model delivers read speeds up to 280 MB/s and write speeds up to 200 MB/s through a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A interface. It supports Windows, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS, and Android and is backed by a 3-year limited warranty.
